Black fungus Miracles

Black Fungus contains abundant proteins, ferric iron, calcium, vitamins, rough fibre; the content of protein is equal to meat.

Preparation:
1) Pick a handful of Black Fungus and soak in water for 1-2 hours

煩躁失眠,或者臉上起紅疹、痘痞:薏米紅豆加百合、蓮子

胃中寒痛、食慾不佳、怕冷:薏米紅豆加生薑

腎虛:薏米紅豆加黑豆

腳氣:薏米紅豆加黃豆

咳嗽:薏米紅豆加梨

食慾不振、身體贏瘦:薏米紅豆加山藥

泄瀉、腹痛、糖尿病:薏米紅豆加南瓜

體虛、早洩、遺精、夜尿過多:薏米紅豆加芡實

曾有一個病人向我反映,他和愛人、兒子堅持每天晚餐吃薏米、紅豆南瓜粥,吃了28天后,3個人的大便都變成了“金黃色的圓柱體,香蕉型的”,很暢通了。我說:“不錯,你統計得很準確,28天,正好是人體的一個生物週期。經過了一個週期的調理,終於見到效果了”

4、薏米粥:薏仁含有豐富的水溶性纖維,可以藉由吸附負責消化脂肪的膽鹽,使腸道對脂肪的吸收率變差,進而降低脂肪。另外,薏仁可促進體內血液和水分的新陳代謝,有利尿、消水腫的作用,所以能達到減肥的效果。由於薏仁不容易煮熟,過度烹煮也會破壞效果,所以煮之前最好先用水浸泡三個小時以上。薏仁熱量不高,卻有飽足感,是養生保健的自然飲食中極富營養、又能清除體內雜質的膳食。

5、綠豆薏米粥:將15克大米,15克綠豆,15克薏米洗淨,加水熬粥。直接食用可充飢,清熱解渴,補肺、健脾胃、清熱、祛風濕、消水腫。也可以加上綠豆粉一起做成豆沙,煮成綠豆薏米粥,綠豆和薏仁都有利尿、改善水腫的效果。薏仁本身有淡化黑斑、美白肌膚的功效,而綠豆則有解毒的作用,使體內毒素盡快排出。對於愛美的薏仁粥除了有美白的功效,同時還是一種低卡又可消瘦的減肥食品。 (但是注意,如果是為了祛濕而食用薏米,則萬萬不可加入大米)

6、薏米粥泠粉刺:薏米50克,白糖15克。用法:薏米加水煮粥加白糖服食,每日一次。

7、百合薏米粥:將薏米50克、百合15克洗淨,放入鍋中,加水適量,煮至薏米熱爛,加入蜂蜜調勻,出鍋即成。特點:甜香,熱糯,略有清香味,此粥常吃,鍵脾益胃,澤膚祛斑,可用於治療婦女面部雀斑、痤瘡、濕疹等症,對青春少女美容有益。

8、錢草苡米粥:將金錢草30克,放入沙鍋加水煎煮半小時濾渣留汁,放入意米100克煮成粥,加適量糖即成。

[功效]利尿,排石,通淋。

[主治]腎結石尿路結石。

9、山藥苡米粥:[原料]淮山、薏米各30克,蓮子肉15克,大棗10枚,小米50克,白糖少許。 [製作]將山藥切細,蓮子去芯,紅棗去核。淘洗乾淨後與小米共煮成粥,粥煮熟後加白糖調勻即成。

[用法]空腹食用,每曰2次。

[療效]謎脾益氣。適用於脾胃虛弱,食少納差,腹脹便溏,肢體無力,老年浮腫,婦女帶下症。

[注意事項]大便秘結者忌食
