Over the past 1.5 years, I realised my compassion quickly affected and eroded by those around...😵😓😫😈
Thank goodness reattended the Mani practice and Vajrasattva retreat that does have some effect to clear the obscurations and purification. Slight recovery and rekindled and reconnection to my basic motivation !
The recent Fo2 at DDS with the teachings also rekindled and reconnected me with Amituofo and DDM.
I must try not to be affected by others and retain my basics...
May All have no obstacles to attend good practices and retreats to clear their obscurations and be purified and always be reconnected with their basics...

治眼疾有靈驗,应至誠念誦。 。。

不多久以前,在京滬路中點的常州天寧寺有位雙目失明的出家人,當然,處處都感到不方便,痛苦萬分,後來經寺內住持和尚教導他每天拜佛,念誦『救苦救難大慈大悲觀世音菩薩』聖號一千聲,誦法華經觀世音菩薩普門品,日子久了,一定可以重見光明。
但失明的出家人,學誦困難,僅學念了普門品中的四句偈語:
無垢清淨光,慧日破諸闇,能伏災風火,普明照世間。
這一位失明多年的出家人,依了住持和尚的話,每天專注,一心一意的在虔誠的念誦,經過數月的時間,一天忽然重見天日,破除一切障礙。此人仍活在人間,是我煮雲法師親眼所見的事實。
宣化上人:那麼這普門品的四句偈,究竟他怎會醫治眼睛的疾病? 這是不可思議的境界,乃是觀世音菩薩的威神力加被。
總而言之,你要是相信經文,而應用於任何事,都非常靈驗,很有效用。
宣化上人這段開示,就是引述《觀音靈異紀》之『病目獲癒』,裡面提到了(普門品)這四句偈治癒眼疾的事蹟:
以前在台州有一位名叫處蹈的僧人,在他中年的時候患上了眼病,由於他經常持誦大悲神咒,終於感動觀音菩薩在他夢中示現並傳授普門品中的四句法偈,『無垢清淨光,慧日破諸暗,能伏災風火,普明照世間』。令他每天清晨供一杯清淨的水,焚香念偈七遍或四十九遍,念完後用杯中水清洗眼睛。不管是積患多年還是新患的各種眼病,沒有不能治癒的。
處蹈夢醒後,仍然記得非常清楚,於是按照這個方法去做,果然治癒了眼病,並且健康安樂地活到了八十八歲的高壽。
當時記錄這件靈驗事跡的人,也曾經患眼病,足有一個月,有一位名叫孫震元的醫師向他傳授這個方法,實行後也非常靈驗。由於不敢私自保有,於是將這個方法記錄了下來。
觀音普門品中的這首四句偈,有很深的道理在裡面,並不只是可以清洗治癒眼疾,還能清洗心靈,降伏除滅我們內心的三毒惡習種子,所以能消除現行於外在的一切風災、火災、疾病等災難惡業,恢復我們本具的自性清淨光明。

1.捏手腕
养老穴有清头明目,舒筋活络的作用。经常按揉此穴,对缓解近视眼、老花眼都有好处。要找准养老穴,手背朝上,以此状态观察手腕的小指侧,可以肉眼看出骨骼突出部分。手指触摸此部分,可摸到裂缝,养老穴就在裂缝中。
每天早晚各指压10次至20次即可,这样反复指压,3个月左右,穴位的疼痛感就会消失,眼疾也会慢慢得到缓解。
2.捏手指抑制白内障!
平时眼睛容易疲劳的人,每天要刺激这三个穴道两次,只要以稍微感觉到疼痛程度的力气来指压即可。
3.按眼眉
攒竹穴具有疏肝、明目醒脑,改善头痛、头晕、眼睑跳动等功效。
该位置位于眉毛内侧边缘凹陷处。
按揉前要将手洗干净,以免眼睛感染。此外,力度要适中,以略感酸痛为宜,以免用力太大伤及眼球。

精神紧张
一个人在紧张、烦恼、愤怒时,其不良情绪可通过大脑皮质扩散到边缘系统,影响植物神经系统,直接导致胃肠功能失调,分泌出过多的胃酸和胃蛋白酶,使胃血管收缩、幽门痉挛、排空障碍,胃粘膜保护层受损,造成自我消化,形成溃疡。
酗酒无度
酒精本身可直接损害胃粘膜,酒精还能引起肝硬化和慢性胰腺炎,反过来加重胃的损伤。
过度疲劳

根據世界衛生組織2011年的的報告指出,全世界有3.46億人患有糖尿病,2004年估計有340萬人死於高血糖引起的併發症。體內胰島素分泌不足,或不平衡,是導致糖尿病的主要因素,目前尚未有完全根治的方法,加上糖尿病又容易引起多種併發症,如果沒有好好控制病情,就有可能造成身體疾病叢生。
秋葵泡薑水去寒性,有助降血糖。
嚴浩導演表示,秋葵水偏方源自於印度,在許多分享經驗中,糖尿病患者飲用秋葵水後,都有血糖下降的效果。秋葵的黏液及豐富的可溶性膳食纖維,可以阻止腸道碳水化合物的消化,並降低葡萄糖的吸收;只要將新鮮秋葵去頭去尾、切片後泡入常溫水中一個晚上,早上空腹飲用秋葵水就可以了。
搭配運動,改善新陳代謝更有效。
不過光靠喝秋葵水,當然不能作為治療糖尿病的特效藥,糖尿病患者最重要的還是要靠運動來增加身體新陳代謝,促進體內荷爾蒙分泌平衡,例如簡單的爬樓梯、快走,或是在家就可以做的下蹲運動,都是有助於增加活動量的小方法。

Because if the direct use of tap water, tap water has chlorine, then after heating, because the lid is covered, the chlorine is all over food, so be sure to use boiled water or filtered out chlorine water to steam things.

难怪有癌症的人愈来愈多。用锅蒸煮东西时,一定要用开水,或是过滤过的水。因为如果直接用自来水,自来水有氯,再经过加热后,由于锅盖是盖着的,氯被全部包覆在食物上,所以
一定要用煮沸过的开水或用已过滤掉氯的水来蒸东西。因为氯有致癌的
危险。这真的很重要!即使只是蒸馒头,都要有此常识。

Some years ago, a former professor of mine showed me a blood test.
The five key blood parameters, ie urea, cholesterol, blood glucose, lipids and triglycerides had values which far exceeded permitted levels. I commented that the person with those indices should already be dead, or in very bad health and near death. The teacher then showed the name of the patient which until then had been hidden by his hand. The patient was himself!
With a smile he introduced me to another sheet analysis, saying: "Now, look at this, compare the values of the parameters and see the dates."
He replied that the miracle was due to her doctor, who suggested treatment obtained from another doctor friend. This treatment has since been used by myself, several times, with impressive results.
Take this vitamin fasting, 15-20 minutes before breakfast. Do this for a month, every time your blood needs to be corrected. According to the doctor, there is no contradication, because it is just a natural vegetable and water (do not use sugar!).
The teacher, excellent chemical engineer, studied the pumpkin to know which of the active ingredients it contains and concluded, at least partially, that it is present in a solvent of low molecular weight cholesterol: cholesterol more harmful and dangerous - LDL. During the first week, urine has a large amount of LDL (low molecular weight), which results in cleaning of arteries, including the brain, thereby increasing the person's memory ..
