It's Okay....

Recently, just attended a meditation class...


Why meditation?

Learn to be mindful, take a break....


It's okay not to sit cross legged, meditation is in everyday life & not sit in a room & tell people not

to disturb you.

Chinese word is break down into learning & simple.



Breathing in & out.

Breath in till abdomen instead of only to lungs

Praying posture & semi-circle


Homework #1

Refrain from talking unnecessarily

That does not mean you ignore colleagues who greet you but in a sense don't gossip.


Homework #2

Don't rush, give yourself more time to prepare for things
