Attended an enriching talk by brother Kee Yew who shared with us on "Healthy Vegetarian The Easy Way" at DDMS.
It is a surprising no boredom talk as he is a very good knowledgable speaker.
One of the points he strongly emphasis is to drink enough water and chlorine filtered preferred.
What he had shared is introductory, looking forward to more of his classes, and visit his Bamboo House vegetarian cafe for a healthy meal.:-)
