1.捏手腕


眼不花,看得清!

养老穴有清头明目,舒筋活络的作用。经常按揉此穴,对缓解近视眼、老花眼都有好处。要找准养老穴,手背朝上,以此状态观察手腕的小指侧,可以肉眼看出骨骼突出部分。手指触摸此部分,可摸到裂缝,养老穴就在裂缝中。
每天早晚各指压10次至20次即可,这样反复指压,3个月左右,穴位的疼痛感就会消失,眼疾也会慢慢得到缓解。

2.捏手指抑制白内障!
这组穴位分别位于拇指关节的两侧及中间处。明眼穴和凤眼穴可改善急性结膜炎,还可以抑制老人性的白内障。

平时眼睛容易疲劳的人,每天要刺激这三个穴道两次,只要以稍微感觉到疼痛程度的力气来指压即可

3.按眼眉


头不晕,头不

攒竹穴具有疏肝、明目醒脑,改善头痛、头晕、眼睑跳动等功效。
该位置位于眉毛内侧边缘凹陷处。
按揉前要将手洗干净,以免眼睛感染。此外,力度要适中,以略感酸痛为宜,以免用力太大伤及眼球。

精神紧张
一个人在紧张、烦恼、愤怒时,其不良情绪可通过大脑皮质扩散到边缘系统,影响植物神经系统,直接导致胃肠功能失调,分泌出过多的胃酸和胃蛋白酶,使胃血管收缩、幽门痉挛、排空障碍,胃粘膜保护层受损,造成自我消化,形成溃疡

酗酒无度

过度疲劳

饮食不洁
幽门螺杆菌感染是胃和十二指肠溃疡的重要诱因之一,在溃疡病人中,该菌的检出率高达70~90%,而溃疡病治愈后,该菌亦消失。溃疡病人可通过餐具、牙具以及接吻等密切接触传染,不洁的食物,也是感染的原因之一。

晚餐过饱
有些人往往把一天的食物营养集中在晚餐上,或者喜欢吃夜宵或睡前吃点东西,这样做,不仅造成睡眠不实,易导致肥胖,还可因刺激胃粘膜使胃酸分泌过多而诱发溃疡形成。

【大陵穴】

这个穴位在五行属土,对应着脾胃,是一味很经典的“健胃消食片”,可以降胃火、去心火,提升胃动力。脾胃不和,消化不良等都可以通过这个穴位来调。它在手掌根,腕横纹的中点上。

【 四缝穴】
四缝是经外奇穴,是消宿食、化积滞的专用穴。四缝原本被医家用来治疗小儿消化问题,后来证实,成人使用四缝效果也非常好。所以今后只要你遇到消化不良的问题,就可以找四缝解决,按摩就行,最好是用大拇指用力掐按,效果很神奇。

在膝盖下外侧,约四横指(约3寸)的小腿胫骨外侧有一凹沟处,这是强壮穴,力度按大一点,酸麻的经络传感可到脚背。按摩本穴可治一切肠胃消化系统疾病,包括消化不良、胃胀胃痛。

【内关穴】
仰掌,手腕往手肘的方向约三横指(约2寸)的距离处,在中间二骨两筋之间。胃胀或者有吃东西好像梗在胸口下不到胃部去的感觉,按一按此穴,气机调畅就通了。

春末夏初,天氣漸暖,約上三五好友或全家出動,結伴去戶外郊遊踏青,想想都十分愜意。

當然有很多朋友會選擇爬山的方式來一覽自然風光。

殊不知,此時醫院看骨科門診的人也逐漸增多,他們大多50歲以上,都是膝蓋的毛病,一問才知道,很多人前不久才爬過山!                    

           膝關節磨損不可修復                  50歲後爬山鍛煉,反傷身               

傳統概念中,爬山、上下樓梯是一個很好的有氧運動,能夠幫助我們鍛煉大腿和臀部的肌肉群,同時,還能夠鍛煉我們的心肺功能。

但事實卻是,不少名院骨科專家提醒:爬樓爬山是「最笨的運動」。                

爬樓梯或爬山屬於負重運動,腰部以下的關節都要承受自己身體的重量,尤其膝蓋受力最多。

當身體爬階向上時,膝蓋負擔的重量會瞬間增為平常的4倍左右。

以一個體重60公斤的人為例:平路行走時,兩邊膝蓋各承重60公斤。

爬樓梯或爬山時,膝蓋負重瞬間變成240公斤,相當於左右膝蓋上各扛了一架鋼琴。 

而且,速度越快,對膝蓋產生的壓力就越大。      

而且,這種對膝蓋的磨損是不可修復的!磨損如果過度嚴重,只能夠置換關節!               

           膝關節壽命只有60年                  改變運動習慣,延長40年很輕鬆           

一方面我們需要鍛煉大腿和臀部的肌肉群。

但是另一方面,我們又不能以傷害膝關節為代價,因為膝關節的壽命由基因決定,是60年,過度使用會加重對它的磨損,並且不可修復。

但專家解釋說,解決這個問題並不難,我們只需要改變我們的運動習慣即可。

延長膝蓋壽命40年                   

堅決不做這些動作                   

不在堅硬水泥上下蹲、跑步、跳繩、跳舞等               
在堅硬地上所有劇烈運動,比如下蹲、蛙跳、跑步、跳繩還有跳舞,都會加重對膝蓋骨的磨損。

尤其是蹲下去再站起來,對關節的磨損最大。關節軟骨大概有1到2毫米,作用就是緩沖壓力,保護骨骼不破裂。 

它就相當於跑道上的橡膠,能夠幫助我們緩衝上下運動時的一個力,進而來保護我們的關節。

如果非要在堅硬地板上運動,在超強的反作用力下彈回來,對關節和骨骼的損傷相當大。

因此,建議只在橡膠運動場地做運動。  

50歲後拒絕爬山、爬樓等運動

在爬山和爬樓梯的時候,膝關節會承受超過本身體重3到4倍的壓力。

尤其是50歲以後,人的膝關節多少都會有些磨損的情況,此時,就要減少此類運動。

對於有些有過膝關節損傷的朋友40歲以後就要特別注意了。                

骨科專家表示:爬樓梯或爬山,確實有增強心肺功能、消耗熱量等諸多優點,但缺點影響也很大,這樣得不償失。

所以,很多骨科醫生在從業幾十年來,從不曾建議病人把爬樓梯或爬山當作運動。多數建議散步。
