It had been a challenging year at work last year, too much changes perhaps...
so new year resolution is :
Healthier Lifestyle via:
to learn how to say : NO to new job challenges
unless old loads cleared, new resources provided :-P
to let go and leave office in time
not to be the champion to stay late again :-(
to travel (grounded for a year!)
fortunately many good retreats and talks by visiting Dharma teachers to Singapore in 2010 :-)
to exercise :P
to resume sunday walks & morning/evening targets
to continue attending Dharma classes, talks and retreats and
more regular meditation practice (not only when feeling unwell:P)
