The practice of dharma is like exercising or carefully following a course of training, which is powerful and deeply significant. For example, if you are in the military, you train every day. In the same way, with the dharma, you have to train your mind daily. Not just to relax but to be able to relate to whatever is happening around you. You integrate your practice with whatever conditions you meet so that you are not carried away by them and do not lose your patience.

I had originally wanted to have a lazy Sunday but scanning thru Facebook posts and after reading above 2 reminders to be diligent on practice, how can I waste my precious human life! :p
Recalling there is Vajrasattva practice and confirming that my chanting teacher is back from his pilgrim trip to host it, I quickly make my way down. Glad to be there as at end of session, he gave us each a small amount of "nectar" collected from Naropa 's meditation cave? if I hear it correctly!!! 😀
May All who drinks the blessed water be blessed to meet authentic Dharma and be led on path of ultimate happiness too..😊🙇
