When you give rise to a wish to help others, your wisdom will increase. Conversely, when you maintain mindful awareness, your wish to benefit others will increase.
In the beginning, train your mind in the Samadhi of love. Through continuous practice, you will gain personal experience and you will see the effects of practice. To apply the practice again and again is the only method to be happy.
If you do not abandon the wish for your own happiness and the negative emotions coming from this wish, you will never find true happiness.
If you do not abandon the causes of suffering, you will have no choice but to suffer and there is nothing you can do about it.
Karma is not something that the Buddha invented.
With his all- knowing wisdom, the Buddha saw how things really are and with his compassion he showed this to us. He simply showed us that the very nature of compassion and kindness is happiness, and that the very nature of ego-grasping is suffering.

...At one time a naga-king named Meltro Zichen went to Drikung for teachings. Jigten Sumgön sent a message to his disciples to remain in seclusion in order that those with miracle powers would not harm the naga and those without such power would not be harmed themselves. The message was received by everyone except the Mahasiddhi Gar Dampa, who was meditating in the depths of a long cave. When the naga arrived, he made a thundering noise which was heard by all including Gar Dampa. Gar Dampa came out of the cave to see what was happening and saw a frightful, dark-blue snake whose length encircled the monastery three times and whose head was peering in the window of the palace. Without examining the situation, he thought the naga was there to harm his guru and thus manifested himself as a giant garuda and chased the naga away. At Rolpa Trang, there is a smooth, clear print left by the garuda when it landed on a rock. Near the river of Kyung-Ngar Gel, there are marks left by both the garuda and the naga. ...

Finally get to meet Garchen Rpc Yeye again.
Realised this round Rpc really may be overstretching his current form.
He may not be able to travel so often in future so we better try attend His teachings while we can.
He is trying to teach as much he could.
May we all attend the teachings without obstacles ...
